Lichelle holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and is trained in Jungian and Adlerian Play Therapy, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). With 15 years of experience in the field of addiction, Lichelle has a deep passion for serving rural populations and helping individuals navigate their unique struggles.
Lichelle believes that therapy is a powerful tool for healing the parts of ourselves that need attention, and she is dedicated to supporting others in their journey toward wholeness. One of her favorite quotes from Brene Brown is, “Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.”
In her free time, Lichelle loves to read—particularly murder mysteries—and is always eager to dive into a good book. She also finds peace and joy at the beach, whether it’s walking along the shore or soaking in the calming atmosphere.
