Colton earned his bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer and Human Development at Utah State University. He later received his Master of Clinical Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.
Colton enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and strongly believes in the impact and importance of familial relationships. He finds fulfillment in the process of engaging with other people and building a therapeutic alliance. Colton has completed training for EMDR and TF-CBT and has also studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Child-centered Play Therapy.
