Sabrina Evans is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) working toward her LCSW, with a Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University. Originally from Colorado, Sabrina now calls Southern Utah home. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues.
Sabrina is trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Adlerian and Jungian child play therapy, experiential therapy, and EMDR. She is passionate about continuously expanding her knowledge to best serve her clients. Sabrina believes in working as a team with her clients, recognizing their inherent worth, value, and goodness.
Outside of therapy, Sabrina enjoys creative expression, playing the harp, and spending time with her family and dog. She can often be found unwinding with a good book after a busy day.
