Sydney earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. A proud Snow College alum, she grew up in rural Utah and understands the importance of accessible mental health resources in these communities. She is working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continues to expand her expertise in various treatment modalities, including Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Passionate about mental health, Sydney is dedicated to being a resource for rural Utah. She values a strength-based approach, helping clients recognize their resilience while creating a safe space for growth and support.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys game nights and adventures with family and friends.
