Sariah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. A Sanpete native and Manti High School, Snow College, & SUU graduate, she is deeply connected to her rural roots. Her therapeutic approach integrates experiential systemic interventions, attachment theory, and Jungian play therapy. She is trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and has a passion for helping clients heal from trauma. Additionally, Sariah is a Domestic Violence-trained therapist, dedicated to supporting survivors and advocating for their well-being.

Before becoming a therapist, Sariah served as a victim’s advocate, specializing in intimate partner violence. She also worked with rural communities through Utah’s Workforce Services, giving her valuable insight into the unique challenges they face. In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her husband, four children, and pets. She loves reading Harry Potter, preferably with a Diet Dr Pepper in hand, and is always tentatively training for a half marathon.
