At Sunray Family Counseling, we believe in providing a safe environment for healing and connection through science-backed therapy solutions. Since our inception more than a decade ago, we’ve helped hundreds of individuals and families navigate their unique struggles and circumstances.

Our highly trained therapists specialize in children, adolescents, individuals, and family needs. We’re the go-to experts for a variety of needs and populations.

We are the largest private provider for children in Central Utah.

To better serve our community, we employ a team of talented clinicians across 4 locations along with several administrative staff members. In our pursuit of progress and healing, we believe in taking a unified approach rooted in evidence-based practices and research.

We specialize in tested modalities like Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Art Interventions, CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals overcome traumatic life experiences.

Additionally, we believe in collaborating with other professionals so we can use psychological testing in our assessments to better help clients heal.

It’s our goal to provide quality care to all, but especially individuals in rural and underserved communities. To that end, we have offices in Ephraim, Richfield, Cedar City, and Payson to extend our reach and a helping hand to those who need it most.
